Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in crafting every leather product with care and precision. Because many of our products are custom-made to your specifications, our return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our leatherworkers
Custom Orders
All custom or personalized items are final sale.
Once production begins, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.Please double-check all personalization details (names, initials, colors, design choices) before placing your order.
Non-Custom Items
Non-personalized, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at truunleather.com.
Include photos of the issue so we can review and arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
